Our Returns & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wecare@finostrt.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4115 Hahn Blvd, Haltom City, TX, 76117

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a replacement or refund.

Yes, you can return sale items within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet our other return conditions. Please note that there may be restocking fees or other restrictions associated with returning sale items.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we typically process refunds within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, you can exchange an item for a different size or color. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process. We may require you to return the original item before we can ship the replacement.
